Cesar O. Montoya, our founding attorney, finds deep inspiration in his upbringing in Los Angeles and in his personal experiences as a first-generation immigrant. With more than five years of dedicated practice in the areas of dependency law and immigration law, Cesar’s steadfast commitment to the pursuit of justice is undeniable.

Before founding our firm, Cesar served as a lead attorney at a well-known mid-sized law firm in Los Angeles, where he skillfully led a team of approximately 100 professionals. In addition to his role as lead attorney, he also worked as in-house counsel and general counsel, competently handling a wide range of civil matters, including contract disputes, business conflicts, and employment issues.
