Cesar Montoya is the founder of MCM Law Group, P.C., an immigration law firm with offices in Santa Ana, Los Angeles, and Houston. A first-generation Hispanic attorney raised in Los Angeles, he has practiced immigration law since 2018, following a background in complex civil litigation.
Cesar has represented clients in more than 25 immigration courts nationwide, including every court in California and major courts across the country. He is licensed in California and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Cesar brings a global perspective shaped by his time living in Barcelona and Berlin, and remains committed to delivering strategic, client-focused representation.
