Ricardo Ruano
General Manager
Ricardo Ruano serves as General Manager at MCM Law Group, P.C., where he oversees daily operations, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. He works closely with attorneys to streamline workflows, and ensure alignment between legal and operational teams.
Ricardo has been with the firm since 2022. He is originally from Guatemala, where he earned his law degree as an Abogado y Notario in 2016. Since then, he has built experience in international and corporate law while leading operations for companies across multiple markets.
His passion for immigration law is deeply personal. Having gone through the immigration process himself with attorney Cesar Montoya, from becoming a resident to a U.S. citizen, Ricardo understands firsthand the challenges clients face. This allows him to connect with clients on a deeper level and effectively advocate for their needs. As a native Spanish speaker, he is able to communicate clearly and build trust with the communities the firm serves.
